Payment, Cancellation & Service Policy

Please review the information below carefully, as it outlines our payment, cancellation, and service policies. These details are designed to ensure a smooth, transparent, and stress-free experience
for every Beyond Tahoe guest.

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and digital payments such as Venmo, Zelle, and Cashapp. A valid credit card is required to confirm all reservations.

Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your spot. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all reservations must be paid in full to be confirmed.Additional wait time, stop requests, or standby time will be charged as incurred.

Cancellation & Change Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. Our policy is designed to be fair, clear, and transparent while allowing us to properly schedule vehicles and drivers.

Standard Vehicles (SUVs, Sedans)

  • 48+ hours before pick-up:
    Full refund, less a 3% credit card processing fee

  • 24–47 hours before pick-up:
    50% refund

  • Less than 24 hours before pick-up or no-show:
    No refund

Flight Delays & Airline Disruptions

We closely monitor flights and understand that delays happen.

  • If your flight is delayed, diverted, or cancelled, we will work with you to reschedule at no penalty, provided we are notified before the driver is dispatched.

  • Once a driver has been assigned and dispatched, wait time may apply.

Airport Wait Time

  • A 30-minute complimentary grace period is included after flight arrival

  • After 30 minutes, wait time is billed at the contracted hourly rate

  • If no contact is made within 60 minutes of arrival, the reservation will be considered a no-show and charged accordingly

Clear communication ensures the best outcome — please notify us as soon as possible of any changes.

Changes to Reservations

Reservation changes are subject to availability. Date, time, or vehicle changes made within the cancellation windows above may be subject to cancellation fees.

Vehicle Use & Damage

  • Vehicles may not exceed seating capacity

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles

  • Clients are financially responsible for any damage caused by members of their party

  • A minimum $250 sanitation fee applies for excessive cleaning or biohazard situations

  • Pets will be allowed on a case by case basis. A $60 pet fee will be automatically added to your bill

  • Pets must sit on the floor or on their respective tutor's lap, and must not touch the leather seat at anytime during the trip

  • A $1000 charge will automatically incur in case of damage to the leather seats caused by the approved pet

Communication & Text Messaging

By contacting or booking with Beyond Tahoe Transportation, you consent to receive service-related text messages regarding your reservation. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

We do not sell or share your contact information.
